How to order?

To register or log in to your account:

To place an order:

Browse the available products by using the menu bar located at the top or left of the screen. Alternatively, you can use the search bar to enter specific product information.
Select the desired product and add it to your cart. You can view your cart and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
In the cart, you have the option to edit product quantities or remove items. Once you are satisfied with the products in your cart, select "Checkout."
Enter your billing details and shipping address. Choose your preferred shipping and payment methods.
Review all the products and information provided. If you agree, please read and accept our "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" by selecting the checkbox indicating your agreement.
Finally, click on "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

By following these steps, you will be able to register or log in, select and add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, provide necessary details, review your order, and place it successfully.

Create account

To create an account, please follow these steps:

Go to the "My Account" or "Log In" page.
In the registration section, enter your email address.
Click on "Register." You will receive a welcome email within 10 minutes.
Log in to the website using the password provided in the welcome email.
For an enhanced experience, we strongly recommend entering your first name, last name, and a new password. To do this, go to "My Account" and select "Account Details."
Click on "Save Changes" to save your updated information.

Product information

To browse our products and access detailed information, please follow these steps:

Navigate to the "Shop" page using the navigation bar.
Select a product name to view more information.
On the product page, you will find details such as the product name, category, price, ingredients, and net weight.

How to search product

To find a product, follow these steps:

Enter a keyword in either English or Thai related to the product, such as its name, brand, or category, into the search box located on the navigation bar.
Click on the "Search" icon (represented by a magnifier) to initiate the search.

By following these steps, you will be able to search for products by entering relevant keywords and using the search function.

Tracking order

To track your order, please follow these steps:

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Track Orders."
Enter your order number and email address.
Select "Track" to view the order details and tracking number.
Navigate to the "My Account" page.
Click on "Orders" to see a list of your orders.
Choose the order number or click on "View" to access the order details.
To track your shipment, locate the corresponding ID(s) number.
You can find the tracking ID(s) number on this page as well as in the complete order email you received.

By following these steps, you will be able to track your order and access the relevant tracking information.
