Currently, we only ship to the lower 48, or the contiguous states in the US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other countries.
We have the USPS, UPS, and FedEx to carry out your package please go to their website for shipping rate information on each service.
Cost & Free Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated by an automatic system, using the net weight of all items combined, dimension, and distance. When proceeding to check out, many shipping services with times and costs will show up as options, please choose the most suitable one for your order. A small fee for service and packing material is included. Price may differ from USPS, UPS, and FedEx official websites.
For free shipping on orders over $49, we will use USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground service only. Oversized and freight items are not included.
After you completed the checkout, you will receive an email with a confirmation, order number, and order summary. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to ship your order. You will receive another email to notify you that your order has been shipped along with tracking information in the same email.

To predict the delivery date, add an extra 2-4 business days to the delivery time being shown in the receipt, considering from shipping method that you choose when placing your order.
A simpler way and more accurate is to wait until you got a tracking number for your order so that you can track your order. There will be an expected delivery date provided by the carrier. Please note that business days are not including Saturday and Sunday and other federal legal holidays.
In any circumstances that we can not ship your order by the given time according to item unavailability or other types of accidents, we will notify you about the delay. When it happens, some items may be shipped separately on different days.
When you no longer want the products and decide to refuse delivery of the package, which is unopened. We are not responsible for the refused package and a refund will be issued only when we get the package back.
We pay attention to each item that has been placed inside your box. However, there might be a chance you received a defective item or lost package due to transportation, in that case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Eligible items for return
– Frozen food and fresh products are highly perishable items and are non-returnable.
– Items must be unused in original packaging and in the same condition that you have received.
– The item that has been delivered no longer than 20 days is eligible to return.
To make a return shipment, You have 20 days total after the package has been delivered, you must notify us and send back the package within the given time.
Order number and name of the returning item are required, please provide us your contact email and reason for returning a product as well. We will send you a return address and a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) to your email.
Please re-pack the item securely with the return address, the RMA number below the address. Please note that the return package without the RMA number outside the box will not be accepted. You will be responsible for payment of the shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will examine and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only the full product price may be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive the credit within a certain day, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
