To track your order, please follow these steps:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on “Track Orders.“
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select “Track” to view the order details and tracking number.
- Navigate to the “My Account” page.
- Click on “Orders” to see a list of your orders.
- Choose the order number or click on “View” to access the order details.
- To track your shipment, locate the corresponding ID(s) number.
- You can find the tracking ID(s) number on this page as well as in the complete order email you received.
By following these steps, you will be able to track your order and access the relevant tracking information.
